In case you are wondering if there's multilingual support… there isn't! I can tell you, however, I speak fluent English and Cantonese, am trying to improve my Mandarin whilst learning French. Why? I just happened to have some close French friends. I do not know any Italian but I goto this café opened by an Italian family all the time for Roast Lamb with Mint Sauce, and once my friend told me I look like I speak German if they think I know any other languages, but frankly, I don't. I might take Italian lessons if I suddenly decide I want to leave everything behind and goto Fabrica; if they take me, that is. For now, I'll enjoy the food. To further disappoint you, this site does not sport fancy flash motion graphics. I kind of hate them actually. Not very welcoming? Yes, HTML only, but for the sake that everyone of you, including those without flash, can look at what I do without having to download the plugin. For videos, I have no choice but to ask you to go get a copy of Quicktime from Apple. After all the disappointment, I hope that you will find the content (that is, what really matters) uplifting.
